となる様に硝子を選択する事が重要になる。しかし、部分分散比-アッベ数グラフではだいたい
直線状に硝子は分布するので、これらの一般的な範囲の硝材を利用する限りは、これらの一般的
な硝子の組み合わせ、そして焦点距離より得られる、一般的なレベルでの2次スペクトルの収差
を特別に補正する事は出来ない。そこで、2次スペクトル除去のためには、ホタル石等に代表さ
れる、一般的な直線分布から外れる異常分散性を持つ硝材を採用する事になる。この様な異常分
散性を持った硝子は高価であるので、2次スペクトルが除去されたレンズは高価になり、多くの
場合、赤だとか金の帯がレンズ鏡筒に描かれその性能の高さが表現されている。
レンズ構成で最も基本となる密着型の 2枚レンズでの焦点距離の色収差の除去の考え方につ
いては、これまでに触れさせて戴いた1次スペクトルの除去も当然踏まえて、次回以降で解説さ
せていただきたい。
